We had a wonderful time here! The apartment is very quiet, offers a magnificent view, and is located just a bit away from the center. It is tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable! We had everything we needed. Béatrice was incredibly friendly, warm, and professional! Communication was excellent.
Thanks to the lockbox, it wasn't a big deal that we got stuck in traffic and arrived later than planned. We will definitely be back!
The only downside—unfortunately something that cannot be changed—is the very narrow underground parking garage with parking spaces that are far too small. Anyone with a slightly larger car would face serious
problems there. Otherwise, everything is absolutely perfect!

We had a great vacation in the apartment.
The apartment was super clean and the bathroom in particular is pretty hotel standard thanks to the chic shower and pretty sink. Great !
Superb sea view from the balcony. Modern and clever layout: sufficient storage space, a perfectly equipped kitchen, small details such as coat hooks on the wall, practical lamps, a superb extendable table on the balcony, deck chairs, air conditioning, beautiful interior textiles and a particularly successful solution: the hygienic cover for the bed.
We notice that someone has really thought about the decoration and wants to make the guests' stay pleasant and comfortable.
Béatrice was super easy to contact, simple and very friendly.

You arrive at the entrance to Cap Esterel: 2975 Bd de la 36ème division du Texas, 83700 Saint-Raphaël ( 1) by seaside road (GPS coordinates: (43.426161, 6.856421)
Take the ‘Orange’ road as far as the roundabout (2).
Opposite, at the barrier, there will be an automatic number plate reader (free for 1 hour). Take the ‘Pink’ road up to the barriers (3), turn left and follow the ‘Blue’ road towards your flat.
Park as close as possible to unload your vehicle.
